Preventing and Dealing with Workplace Bullying
This 30-minute presentation provides guidance information for preventing and dealing with workplace bullying to help you make your business a safe business. Workplace bullying is a serious occupational health and safety problem that puts at risk the health and safety of workers, their colleagues and their families. The presentation will cover what is workplace bullying, types of bullying, effects of bullying and how to prevent as well as deal with a complaint of workplace bullying.


Workers Compensation - What You Need To Know
An overview of workers compensation in NSW, including advice on who needs a workers comp policy, what to do when there is an injury in the workplace, how to make a workers comp claim, how workers comp premiums are calculated, and your workers comp legal obligations.

 

Manual Handling Smart Move Toolkit
The Smart Move toolkit provides New South Wales employers and workers with information and plain English advice on a recommended generic framework for preventing musculoskeletal disorders in the workplace. This presentation will outline the information contained within the toolkit and demonstrate how the specific practical tools provided can assist to prevent manual handling injuries from occurring in your workplace.
